Deputies Round Up 3 On Warrants
LEONARDTOWN ---- St. Mary's Sheriff's Deputy Milton Pesante arrested Suspect Charles Bryan Jones on a open District Court Contempt of Court Warrant, according to Sgt. Daniel Alioto.  The warrant had a preset bond of $5,000.00 cash and provided no other details.  Jones is being held pending bond posting. A short time later Deputy Pesante located Ronald Calvin Berry of Valley Lee and served an open warrant on him as well. Suspect Berry had an open warrant for Second Degree Assault. The District Court Commissioner will set the bond in that case and it was still pending at the time of this release.

Deputy Michael R. Worrey located and served Marecus Joetze Waul an open Circuit Court Child Support warrant. The warrant was No Bond and Suspect Waul is being held pending his hearing before the Circuit Court.
