Man Charged with Molesting Woman after Breaking Into Home

 CALLAWAY (March 11, 2008) – On March 10, 2008 Deputy M. Rogers responded to a residence in Callaway, Maryland for the report of a Burglary to a private residence.  Investigation revealed suspect David Allen Randolph, age 49, of Lexington Park unlawfully entered the female victim’s residence and began touching the victim inappropriately. 
 A guest of the victim intervened on the victim’s behalf and physically removed the suspect from the residence.  The suspect was later located at his residence and placed under arrest. 
The suspect was transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center, Charged with First degree Burglary, Third Degree Sex Offense, Second Degree Assault, and is pending a bond hearing before the District Court Commissioner.
