Citizen Cites Conflict in Developer

Attorney's Place on Review Board

LEONARDTOWN (Jan. 27, 2007) - A California resident has written to the acting county administrator and pointed out that the selection of attorney Bill McKissick as a "citizen representative" on the development review board is wrong as McKissick represents many local builders and developers and has a keen financial interest in the actions of the board.
Walter Burch also told the acting St. Mary's Administrator John Savich that three members of the panel need to be ejected from the board for missing too many meetings during the past year.
