LEXINGTON PARK --- (March 18, 2009) --- There are newly transplanted visitors to the Hotel St. Mary’s who likely are not mixed in with the general population of the jail. St. Mary’s Vice and Narcotics Commander Capt. Dan Alioto reports that the Lexington Park area is going to be a little short on those walking the main street of Lexington Park due to an enforcement action taken over the past few days.

A routine part of life in Lexington Park has become a daily scene of crack whores walking up and down Great Mills Road, soliciting the customers of those arriving to pick up carryout food or prescriptions at several stores just two blocks from the main gate of the Patuxent River Naval Air Station.   Various homeless men also panhandle for money as they refuse to live in the local Three Oaks homeless shelter which does not allow booze or drugs, at least not officially, although sources report that various druggies have been able to get drugs inside due to the lax operation of the shelter.

Capt. Alioto reports that Vice Narcotics Detectives, assisted by support team members, an Assistant State’s Attorney and Sheriff’s Office Patrol Deputies, conducted a Prostitution Operation this past weekend. Several arrests were made and they are as follows:

SOLICITATION FOR PROSTITUTION

Tonya Rochelle Wilson (Age 38 of Bowie, Maryland)

Revah Gabrielle Williams aka “Sunshine” (Age 19 of Washington DC)

Jasmin Ashley Crawford aka “Honey” (Age 19 of Capital Heights, Maryland)

Mary Queen Johnson aka “Emperious” (Age 29 of Woodbridge, Va.)

Police report that a fifth suspect is in the process of being charged and her information will be made available soon.

Emmanuel Ezmon Fagon (Age 30 of Bowie, Maryland) was arrested after he was questioned for providing a ride for one of the above listed females. During the questioning it was discovered that he was in possession of marijuana, a scale and more than $2,800 in cash. All of those items were seized.

Patricia Kay Johnson (Age 48) was arrested on an open grand Jury Indictment for Maintaining a Common Nuisance Home. This comes after local law enforcement continuously gets calls to the homes she resides in for various incidents to include a shooting and drug activity. Several Search and Seizure Warrants have been executed on homes she has maintained in Lexington Park over the last several years.
