DWI Hit Parade:  He couldn't drive and couldn't Hyde

Budds Creek - Cpl. Morley was on the lookout for a white Mitsubishi Galant that had just been taken from its owner. Jeffery Hyde was stopped just off Rt. 236 and immediately placed under arrest. He was charged with unauthorized use of a vehicle and with driving under the influence of alcohol. He failed a field sobriety test.  Hyde is a Class A CDL license holder but will not be for long. The owner of the vehicle was transported to the scene by DFC Kevin Somerville to reclaim the vehicle.  Shown above, Hyde is arrested by Cpl. Christopher Morley, left, and DFC Somerville, hidden.

From Behind the Green Door
Drank, Drunk, Drove....Gas station DUI- Cpl. Morley of the St. Mary’s Sheriff Department performed a traffic stop on a white Chevy Blazer for a headlight out. Upon initial contact with the operator, John Nauman, it was apparent he had been drinking. Mr. Nauman was given a field sobriety test, which he failed. He was placed under arrest.  Nauman said he was headed home after leaving the Green Door bar in Park Hall. Back at the Sheriffs department headquarters 41-year-old Nauman blew an impressive 1.3 on the breathalyzer.
