Hollywood Volunteer Firefighters were alerted to a house fire at
at 23523 Pine View Lane, reports Deputy Chief

Volunteers conducting their
weekly

describing fire coming through the roof, and the correct address
was 44591 Reeder Sanders Lane.

single family wood frame structure with fire showing through the
roof.
Chief

completed Engine 74 arrived and stretched an 1 3/4" attack line
and knocked fire on the porch down so the structure could be
entered on side "bravo."

sides and throwing ladders to the roof. The crew from the Truck
7 cut a vent hole in the roof as the fire was spreading through
the attic.
Engine 73, Engine 91, Engine 33, Rescue Squad 7 all arrived a
short time after and assisted crews with secondary searches and
overhaul. Command advised fire extinguished at 8:25 pm holding
all units.
