LEXINGTON PARK  (Nov. 13, 2008) --- Failure to drive without wrapping truck around light pole will be the charge for the hapless driver of this red truck who will undoubtedly tell the insurance company that a deer ran out in the road.
This wreck took place on Rt. 246 (Great Mills Road) just about 50' from the intersection with Rt. 235 at the Main Gate of Pax River NAS (Gate 2).
State Police Cpl. Bennett of the Leonardtown Barrack reports that is it likely the cause of this wreck may have been the foggy conditions and rain slick roads and that alcohol was not involved.
