Walmart shopper was a line jumping, cop-shoving bozo

...but who's counting...

CALIFORNIA --- At least this guy who was sent to the slammer instead of the electronics department cash register, didn't stampede over anyone but he sure did fail to heed the orders of a St. Mary's Deputy, say police.

On the day after Thanksgiving,  at approximately 5:15 am Kenneth Wayne Pulliam, 20, of Hollywood, Maryland was in the electronics department of Wal-mart.

A line was formed to assist shoppers in an orderly fashion.

Police say Pulliam attempted several times to walk to the front of the line past other shoppers who had been waiting their turn.

Pulliam was asked several times by Deputy Ruest to step back and get in line which he refused to comply.

Pulliam became belligerent with Deputy Ruest cursing profanity, which gain the attention of the numerous shoppers in the store.

Finally, police say that Pulliam then pushed Deputy Ruest in the chest.

Deputy Ruest attempted to place Pulliam under arrest and a struggle ensued.   Pulliam continued to attempt to evade arrest and pushed two other victims in the area.  Other deputies responded and Pulliam was subdued.

Pulliam was charged with assaulting a police officer, two additional counts of assault, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest, along with being a line-jumping idiot, in addition to leaving the store without the great deal on a big ticket item he must have wanted as a Christmas present, in honor of the birth of the Prince of Peace.
