One Shot Too Many Lands Driver With Phony Report in Jail

CALIFORNIA (Dec. 22, 2008) --- It was no go for Ngo when it came to a frantic call to 911 that he had been shot and was trying to get away from another vehicle on Rt. 235 in California at about 1 am Sunday Dec. 21st.

Maryland State Police report that Trooper N. Gresko responded to the call to look for the shooting victim and found a silver Toyota Camry with Tuan Hoang Ngo, 26, of Lusby inside in the parking lot of K-Mart in the Laurel Glen Shopping Center.

With booze on his breath and no obvious holes in him from gunshots, or those telltale bullet holes in his car, the Trooper surmised that perhaps all the shots that had gone into Ngo had been self-administered orally.

Ngo was a go for jail on DWI charges by Trooper Gresko and the area of California was once again deemed safe for the nutty drivers who normally haunt the area at all hours of the day and night.
