Mexico City home of the targeted dealer
as Chinese drug dealer was seized in suburban Md. restaurant. This money
passed through the hands of Americans, just as all illegal narcotics
money starts off in the pockets of those around us before it passes into
the hands of murderers. This drug dealer specialized in the meth
business, competing with outlaw motorcycle gangs.
