Redneck Ramming Season now open
(March 15, 2009) --- Wild night in LP City
as motorist calls 911 to ask for cops to help him, says another driver is ramming him from behind on Great Mills Road heading towards the base, reportedly was hit from behind by another vehicle as he left Sheetz in Great Mills. While cops were trying to find the man and his tormentor, the two made a pass through Lexington Park turned around and went down Great Mills Road at about 85 mph, turned onto Rt. 5 and were headed north.  911 dispatchers were trying to get the man to slow down but "he isn't listening"...police were chasing the traveling roadshow, going about 90 mph and other cops were heading south from Leonardtown...passed through Callaway, a George Quade reportedly was operating the chase car with Patrick Stanley Booth being pursued...police were waiting for them at Willows at the Rt. 4 and Rt. 5 intersection, they turned onto Rt. 4.  The first one, Booth, stopped at the Willows and the other, Quade, at Rt. 4 and Rt. 5. The suspect vehicle operated by Quade had the telltale impression 'indicative of a ball hitch' said one cop, that matched the tow hitch on the rear of Booth's vehicle.
(March 15, 2009) --- Wawa Fight Night --- Nearly a dozen morons decided to
duke it out in the parking lot and inside of the Wawa located on Rt. 5 at Charlotte Hall at about 3:05 am, an employee of the store called police to ask for help. The combatants beat feet before the cops arrived.
