Agnes Cecelia Woodland
Agnes Cecelia Woodland, 82, of Mechanicsville, MD, died on Monday, December 27, 2004 at Bayside Care Center, Lexington Park, MD.

Born on May 22, 1922 in Mechanicsville, MD, she was the daughter of the late Thomas Edward and Katie Catherine Garner Harris. Mrs. Woodland was a homemaker.

She is survived by four children, Mary Gwendora Dodson-Holt of Mechanicsville, Md, Paul Woodland of Mechanicsville, MD, Consul Woodland of Mechanicsville, MD and Michael Woodland of Lexington Park, MD and one brother, Joseph Jerome Harris of Upper Marlboro, MD, 22 grandchildren, 28 great grandchildren and 8 great-great grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Daniel Woodland, a son, Daniel Stephen Woodland, a sister, Bertha Louise Harris, and two brothers, Edward T. Harris and William H. Harris.

The family will receive friends on Monday, January 3, 2005 from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Mechanicsville, MD. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. in the Immaculate Conception Church. The Reverend Peter Alliata will be the celebrant. Interment will follow in Charles Memorial Gardens, Leonardtown, MD.

Serving as pallbearers will be Melvin Wood, Arnold Moreland, Ronald Moreland, Jay Grant, Leroy Neal and George “Popcorn” Fenwick
