America Arrested by Deputy Charles Earle
LEXINGTON PARK --- According to St. Mary's Sheriff's Department Sgt. Terry Black, on 06/15/04 at 8:13 pm, Dfc. Charles Earle, arrested Carol J. America, age 21, in the area of Canopy Liquors on Great Mill's Road, Lexington Park on a Fugitive Warrant.

Police say that America is wanted by Fairfax County Police, Fairfax, Virginia on an open warrant charging her with two counts of Theft over $500 and one count of Theft under $500. Ms. America was incarcerated in the Detention Center pending an Extradition Hearing in District Court.
