Big Mouth Milburn Gets Room at Hotel St.
Mary's; Williams Wins Trip to Slammer
GREAT MILLS --- Early on Saturday morning, July 10, 2004
at 1:40 am, St. Mary's Sheriff's DFC David Yingling and other officers
responded to the area of Brass Rail, Great Mills for a reported large disorderly crowd.
The crowd was told numerous times by the officers to leave the parking lot. Shante Milburn
of Lexington Park, Md was arrested for Disorderly Conduct.
The crowd left from the Brass Rail and went to the Sheetz on Great Mills Road. The crowd
again became disorderly, after repeated warnings to leave Kevin Troy Williams was arrested
by DFC Douglas S. Mills for Disorderly Conduct and Resisting Arrest.
Wanted Burglar Found in No-Tell Motel
LEXINGTON PARK --- On Friday, July 9, 2004, at 11:49 pm
St. Mary's Sheriff's deputies responded to the A&E Motel for trespass complaint. While
there DFC Stephen E. Myers recognized Kevin Jerome Chase, a wanted check revealed an
outstanding warrant for Failure to Appear on a Burglary and trespass charge. He was
arrested and transported to the SMCDC, held without bail until returned to the Court.
Steak Knife Used to Carve Man's Arm During Lover's
Quarrel
LEXINGTON PARK ---On 071004 at 0200 hours St. Mary's
Sheriff's DFC Chad Hartzell and Deputy Eva Snyder responded to Hilton Drive for a reported
domestic assault. Once they arrived on the scene their investigation revealed that a
verbal alteration had occurred between Troy David Glass and Elizabeth Ann Sorrick. During
the altercation which escalated the victim Troy David Glass was cut on the thumb and arm
by Elizabeth A Sorrick using a steak knife. Elizabeth A. Sorrick was subsequently
arrested and charged with First Degree Assault.
White Powder Cocaine Found Bag Tossed by Price
CHAPTICO --- On 070904 at 2145 hours St. Mary's Sheriff's DFC Todd Fleenor
and DFC Douglas Mills were conducting an investigation into alcohol violations in the
parking lot of Village Liquors. Upon approaching one of the subjects he was observed
throwing a small baggie containing cocaine. He was placed under arrest. DFC Frank Fowler
responded to the scene. DFC Fowler and his K-9 Sloeuber conducted a scan of the suspects
vehicle. After the K-9 alerted a search incident to the investigation revealed a folded
twenty dollar bill containing powder cocaine. Arrested and charged with possession of CDS
Cocaine was Joseph Timothy Price of Avenue, Md. The cocaine seized was valued at $300.00
