PORTSMOUTH, Va. - The bodies of two boaters who were reported overdue yesterday were recovered early this afternoon.

Coast Guard helicopter crews from Air Stations Elizabeth City, N.C., and Atlantic City, N.J., along with the Virginia Marine Resource Commission, the Virginia Department of Game and Inland Fisheries, the York County Sheriff's Department and the Poquoson Police and Fire Departments searched throughout the night after receiving a report from a family member of the two that their 17-foot skiff had been found capsized in the mouth of the Poquoson River early yesterday evening.
