Burglars Couldnt Get
McKays Safe Open
Fled when workers came in Sunday
morning...
HOLLYWOOD --- St. Marys Sheriffs Sgt. Terry
Black reports that on Sunday, August 8, 2004, Dfc. Somar Clark responded to the reported
burglary in progress at McKays Food and Drug on Leonardtown-Hollywood Road,
Hollywood, Maryland. Police report that
employees reporting for work observed two subjects inside the business.
The subjects fled empty handed when the employees entered the store. The subjects were in
the process of attempting to break open a safe located in the business but had been
unsuccessful.
