Deputies with Paddy Wagons Needed to
Control Gangs of Kids on Midway at Fair

To the Editor:
We went to the Fair Saturday for the family and friend togetherness it represents and had a really nice time. The kids saw the animals rode the rides and generally had a blast. We then went with the family tradition of attending the horse pull with the promise we would play a few games before we went home. What we saw and had to put up with on the Midway from a horde of teenage animals was not and should not be tolerated!

The police can NOT and should NOT have to put up with the animal pack instinct we had to see. The Police were trying to keep it under control but when you have a pack of total idiots fighting over boys and any other dumb ass thing they can think of in groups of at least 40 to 50 what can 4 or 5 Officers do??

I would have arrested and or maced the entire tribe and had their parents come get them from the jail.

Have they been raised by a pack of animals or do they just act like untrained animals when their parents aren't there to jerk knots in their heads. If my kid acted like the bunch we witnessed Saturday night about 10:00, I would personally see to it they didn't have the chance to run with their little pack again. Have any one you asked your kids what they did at the Fair Saturday night?

I can also tell you only one ethnic group was involved in the entire near riot we saw. This happened in multiple areas in and around the Midway every time the police would arrive they would run to a different area and start again. Next year lets get a few more police and a wagon and get this mess out of there!!
