Ella May Brewer

Ella May Brewer, 91, of Hollywood, MD, died on March 12, 2005 in St. Mary’s Nursing Center, Leonardtown, MD.

Born on July 27, 1913 in Hollywood, MD, she was the daughter of the late Harry Hayes Joy and Alice May Dean Joy. Mrs. Brewer was a homemaker.

She is survived by a sister, Grace Binkley of Loveland, CO. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, John Louis Brewer, whom she married in Baltimore, MD on April 30, 1949, three sisters, Irva Henck , Violet Forrest, Emma Blann, two brothers, Franklin Joy and H. Chester Joy.

The family received friends on March 15, 2005 from 12 Noon until 1:00 p.m. A Funeral Service was conducted on March 15, 2005 at 1:00 p.m. in the Brinsfield Funeral Home Chapel in Leonardtown, MD. The Reverend Doctor Ira Fowler conducted the service. Interment followed in the Hollywood Church of The Nazarene Cemetery, Hollywood, MD.
