"The continued growth into southern Anne Arundel County is providing essential services for our citizens," said Delegate Robert A. Costa (District 33B).  "This State grant will provide additional opportunities for Lee Airport to provide desperately needed services to enable mobility of commerce into our community."

The $170,748 in MAA funding will enable the Lee Airport Authority to construct a new taxiway as an alternate route for aircraft to enter the southwest end of the runway.  The addition will increase aircraft parking and enhance airport revenue opportunities.
