Heroin for Easter Baskets for Bunny Brothers
GREAT MILLS --- On 4/10/04 St. Mary's Sheriff's Dfc. Stephen
Myers observed a suspected drug transaction occur in the area of Great Mill's. Dfc.
Myers approached the suspects and recovered a plastic baggie containing suspected
heroin, a metal smoking device, and large knife from the suspects. The suspects,
Laffan Price, 46, residing in Clements, Maryland and James Fatherly, a.k.a. James
Price,42, residing in Great Mill's were placed under arrest, charged with Possession of
Heroin and Possession of CDS Paraphernalia, and incarcerated in the Detention Center
pending an appearance before the District Court Commissioner. Police say that
further investigation revealed James Fatherly was wanted on an outstanding warrant by the
Maryland State Police.

GREAT MILLS --- On 4/11/04 St. Mary's Sheriff's Sgt. Terry Black
reports that Dfc. Somar Clark responded to a residence on Rutherford Blvd. in Great Mills
for the reported Assault. Upon arrival Dfc. Clark observed suspect Michael
Lambeck, 36, exit the residence armed with a 20 gauge shotgun and discharge the
weapon toward William White.
White was in his vehicle attempting to flee the residence following an physical
altercation with Lambeck. Dfc. Clark ordered Lambeck to drop the weapon at
gunpoint. Lambeck complied and was taken into custody without further
incident. Mr. Lambeck was transported to the Detention Center and charged with 1st
Degree Assault, 2nd Degree Assault, and Reckless Endangerment.
