Troubled Bridge: SHA officials don't know what is the design capacity of the Governor Thomas Johnson Bridge. They told ST. MARY'S TODAY Ace Reporter Ahmar Khan that since the bridge is 29 years old that the people who knew that information have retired and the figures are not available....every week wrecks tie up traffic on the bridge leaving hundreds of motorists in cars and trucks stuck on the bridge, this may give you something to think about...drive under the bridge and look up on the Solomon's side at the big steel bands holding the top of the bridge piers together...over top of the cracks.... While Arnold wanted to run again her family talked her out of doing so and veteran clerks office staffer Joan Williams has filed for the Democratic nomination, running with the support of Arnold.
