Joseph Donald Hill

Joseph Donald Hill, 63, of Maddox, MD died April 16, 2005 in Clements, MD. Born February 25, 1942 in Clements, MD he was the son of the late Alice Elizabeth Gragan and Lewis Lorenza Hill. He is survived by his daughter: Kasey Hill of Smithsburg, MD; brothers: Phil Hill of Oraville, MD and Kenny Hill of Mechanicsville, MD; and sisters: Abie Hill of Maddox, MD, Betty Hill of Maddox, MD, Miriam Cryer of Spring Hill, FL, Janet Hunt of Henderson, TX, Debbie Nelson of Clements, MD and Faye McLaughlin of Abell, MD. He was preceded in death by his brother Roger Hill. Mr. Hill worked as a carpenter. The family received friends on Tuesday, April 19 in the Mattingley-Gardiner Funeral Home. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, April 20 at 10:00 AM in Our Lady of the Wayside Catholic Church with Father John Stack officiating. Interment will follow in Charles Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers will be David A. Hill, Kenny Hill, Davey Hill, Rodney Hill, Robert Hill, Jr. and W.T. McLaughlin. Honorary Pallbearers will be Randy Hill, Roger Hill, Billy McLaughlin and Jimmy Harding. Arrangements provided by Mattingley-Gardiner Funeral Home, P.A.
