Joseph Gerard Denaro, Jr.
Joseph Gerard Denaro, Jr. “Joey” died early in the morning of August 2, 2004, three days before his 26th birthday. After attending Ridge Elementary and Spring Ridge Middle Schools, he worked as a carpet layer and in construction and was employed by F.O.D. Underground Utility Co. at the time of his death. He is survived by a young daughter Leah Danielle Denaro, his parents Joseph Sr. and Kathleen Denaro, brother Henry James Denaro, all of Dameron, and his maternal grandparents JoAnn and Henry Rosemont, Jr., formerly of Spring Ridge, and a number of aunts, uncles and cousins. Joey’s many friends are invited to visit with his family at the Mattingley-Gardiner Funeral Home from 5:00 – 7:00 PM on Wednesday, August 4, 2004 where a memorial service will be held at 7:00 PM with his grandfather officiating. Contributions may be made to an educational trust fund that has been established for Leah Danielle Denaro. Donations can be proffered either at the time of the service in the funeral home and/or mailed to Joey’s Parents at P.O. Box 151, Dameron, MD 20628.
