Joseph Martin Howe

Joseph Martin “Butch” Howe, 66 of California, MD died on December 9, 2004 at the St. Mary’s Hospital, Leonardtown, MD.

Born on July 28, 1938 in Washington, DC, he was the son of the late Joseph William and Amy W. Beach Howe.

Mr. Howe worked as an electrician from 1950 until 1965. He then went to work for the census bureau from 1965 until 1978. He moved to St. Mary’s County in 1983.

He is survived by his wife Catherine Irene Bradburn Howe whom he married on November 16, 1985 in Ridge, MD, one sister, Alma Louise Warren of Prospect Hill, NC, two brothers, Thomas Leroy Howe of Dover, DE and James Franklin Howe of King City, Canada. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a brother, Herbert William Howe.

A Funeral Service was held on Monday December 13, 2004 at the Brinsfield Funeral Home, P.A. 22955 Hollywood Road, Leonardtown, MD, with Pastor Jerald Staten officiating. Inurnment followed in the Charles Memorial Gardens, Leonardtown, MD.
