Man Charged With Molesting Girls
Surrenders to Police
Fairfax County Police report that Henri de Carlo, 40, of 2814 Fort Evans Northeast Road in
Leesburg turned himself into police yesterday. He is charged with three counts of indecent
liberties with a minor. De Carlo was an employee of a residential youth house in western
Fairfax County when the incidents took place. He is accused of sexually abusing girls
during their stay at the facility between June and August 2004. He has been employed as a
support service worker with the facility for two years. The three victims were between 14
and 17 years old. The investigation is continuing in an effort to determine if other
victims exist. De Carlo was released on a $30,000 unsecured bond.
