Marjorie Ann “Tina” Martin, 73 of Chaptico, MD died on Saturday, July 10, 2004 at her residence.

Born on August 22, 1930 in Shreveport, LA, she was born the daughter of the late Charles Noble and Mildred Pearl Britt Churchill.

Mrs. Martin moved to St. Mary’s County in 1986 from Springfield, VA. She worked as a horse breeder in the Equine Industry. She was a member of the Welsh Pony and Cobb Society and the St. Mary’s County Farm Bureau.

She is survived by five children, Michael Dozier, of Chesapeake, VA, Lawrence Dozier of Greenwich, RI, Adrienne Auvil of Panama City, FL, Robert Dozier of Fairfax, VA and Daniel Dozier of Vienna, VA, one sister, Claire Brice of Lockhart, TX and six grandchildren also survive. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husbands, John W. Dozier and Richard Fabian Martin.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 17, 2004 at 11:00 am at the Brinsfield Funeral Home, P.A. 22955 Hollywood Road, Leonardtown, MD. Inurnment will take place at a later date in Arlington National Cemetery.
