Martin Neal Marty Langley

Martin Neal Marty Langley of Mechanicsville,
Maryland formerly of Jacksonville, Florida died July 15, 2004 at his Mechanicsville
residence. He was 64 years old.
Born October 5, 1939 in Bradbury Heights, Maryland to the late Harriett Ann Berry and Jack
Langley. Raised in Southeast Washington, DC, Marty left Washington to live in Florida
where he took up the carpentry trade. After many years in Florida, he returned home, due
to illness, and to be close to his family. He never once during his illness complained or
ask Why me. He enjoyed the time left with friends and family. For all who knew
him, he was a good old Southeast boy who will truly be missed.
He leaves to mourn his daughter Katherine M. Queen; sister Mary E. Spaller; grandson
Steven Queen; son-in-law James Barlas; niece Pinky and her husband Robert Reilly; former
wife Doris Carpenter and a host of other relatives and friends.
