Monica Rose Lockard

Monica Rose Lockard, 59, of Lexington Park, MD, died on Thursday, December 30, 2004 at her residence.

Born on September 30, 1945 in Gore, Ohio she was the daughter of the late Vincent L. Beck and the late Rose Ann Ucker Beck.

She is survived by her husband Robert E. Lockard, Sr. of Lexington Park, MD, whom she married on September 7, 1968 in Columbus, OH and her loving children Jennifer Lynn Dugan of Catonsville, MD; Robert E. Lockard, II of Myrtle Beach, SC; Anne Marie Lockard of Lexington Park, MD; Christi Rae Lockard of Lexington Park, MD; and Catherine Michelle Lockard of Lexington Park, MD. She is also survived by her sister Mary Frances Hoover of Galena, OH and her brother Donald Leo Beck of Winchester, OH.

The family will receive friends at the Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church 22375 Three Notch Rd. Lexington Park, MD on Tuesday, January 4, 2005 from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. with prayers at 7:00 p.m. The family will also receive friends at the Roberts Funeral Home 60 W. Hunter, Logan, OH on Thursday, January 6, 2005 from 2:00 – 4:00 p.m. and from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, January 7, 2005 at St. John’s Roman Catholic Church 351 N. Market St. Logan, OH at 10:00 a.m. with Msgr. William A. Dunn officiating. Interment will follow at the Oak Grove Cemetery, Logan, OH.
