Mud Covered and Biting Couple Separated; Man
Arrested
LEXINGTON PARK --- Off Duty St. Mary's Sheriff's Deputy Sgt.
Daniel D. Alioto responded to a 911 call for a domestic fight in progress at a Lexington
Park residence. Upon arrival the two parties were separated and found to be covered in
mud. The two parties, husband and wife, had been involved in a verbal dispute that led to
the physical altercation.
The fight led to both parties ending on the front yard of the residence and each bit one
another, report police, leaving physical signs of injuries.
The husband, Christopher Dunn was arrested and transported to the St. Mary's County
Detention Center.
The female half was a juvenile and she was arrested and released back to a parent/guardian
to await a hearing in the Juvenile Court.
As the investigation, report police, had continued, it was discovered that there was
a Protective Order which ordered Suspect Christopher Dunn to refrain from threatening to
abuse or abusing his wife.
Christopher Dunn was charged with Second Degree Assault and Violation of a Protective
Order.
