Overturned truck halts traffic on Rt. 4 for hours....
St. Mary's Deputy First Class John Cusic in front of overturned Copenhaver Asphalt Truck on St. Andrew's Church Road on Wednesday.  A State Highway Gradealll was used to scoop up the fresh black top and dump it into a waiting convoy of SHA trucks.   The driver was slightly injured and taken to St. Mary's Hospital, which is his punishment for wrecking his boss's new truck.  The driver was southbound and used the 'go-around' lane as a vehicle was waiting in the through lane to make a left turn into the landfill. Deputy Michael Peacher reports that the truck driver went too far to the right, struck the curb, and then lost control and flipped his truck over into the northbound lane, which fortunately was not occupied.
