PRINCE FREDERICK --- On September 20^th, 2004 at 4:30 pm, Deputy Windsor responded to the 1600 block of Solomons Island Rd., Prince Frederick, Md. to check the welfare of the occupant of a green Chevrolet truck that was parked outside of a business. Deputy Windsor approached the truck observed a small plastic baggie containing suspected marijuana between the operator’s legs. The operator was removed from the vehicle and a search of the vehicle was conducted. The search revealed an unloaded Smith and Wesson 9mm handgun under the driver’s side seat. Tammy Stetka, 39, of Huntingtown, Md. was placed under arrest and charged with Possession of CDS and a Handgun Violation. She was transported to the Calvert County Detention Center for processing.
