Passenger Objecting to DWI Arrest of Her
Driver Failed to Heed Warning to Stop Trash Mouth

PRINCE FREDERICK --- According to Calvert Sheriff's Spokesman Dep. Chip Allen, on September 10th, 2004 at 12:15 am, Calvert Sheriff's Deputy Windsor was conducting a traffic stop in the area of Rt. 4 and Main Street in Prince Frederick, Md.

The operator was placed under arrest for DUI. While searching the vehicle incident to the arrest the passenger of the car continued to yell obscenities and interfered with Deputy Windsor’s investigation. Patricia Jones, 41, of California, Md. was placed under arrest and charged with Hindering. She was transported to the Calvert County Detention Center for processing.
