Police make arrest in double shooting, homicide |

Prince Georges County, Maryland The Prince Georges County Police Department is investigating a homicide that occurred in Landover , Maryland. On September 11, 2004, at approximately 10:15 p.m., officers responded to the 2400 block of Brightseat Road for the report of a shooting. Once on the scene, officers located two adult males seated inside of a parked vehicle and suffering from gunshot wounds to the upper body. Both victims were transported to a local hospital, where one of the victims was later pronounced dead at 1:36 a.m. The second victim is in critical condition. The deceased has been identified as 19-year old Anthony March, Jr., of the 5300 block of Gwynn Oak Avenue in Baltimore, Maryland. The surviving victim is a 19-year old male from Southeast Washington, DC. Investigators have identified the suspect as 18-year old Gregory Leon Price, of the 2400 block of Brightseat Road, and a warrant was obtained charging him with First Degree Murder. The suspect has been located and taken into police custody. The motive for the shooting is still under investigation.
