Citizens wishing to vote in
the upcoming Presidential Election must register to vote by 9 P.M. on Tuesday, October 12,
2004 The voter registration application must be received in the election office by 9 P.M.
on October 12th or contain an October 12th postmark from the United
States Postal Service in order to qualify for the upcoming election. The General election will be held on November 2,
2004.
