Speeding Driver Charged with Impaired Driving; PCP Located in Vehicle

HUNTINGTOWN --- The Maryland State Police report that on 1-31, 5:20 PM, TFC Wyckoff responded to a multi-vehicle accident on Rt. 2/4, south of Bowie Shop Rd., Huntingtown.  Investigation revealed that Quentin Leon Rice, 30, of Lusby, was observed by witnesses traveling at a high rate of speed.  Rice struck the rear of one vehicle, causing it to collide with two other vehicles.  Only minor injuries were reported by the victims and their passengers.  Mr. Rice was subsequently arrested for DUI.  Incident to arrest, two bottles containing suspected PCP residue were located in his vehicle.  He was then charged with possession of PCP and CDS paraphernalia.  After processing, he was incarcerated in the CCDC to await a commissioner's hearing
