Susanne Lenore Edwards, 46, of Drayden, MD died September 1, 2004 at her residence. She was born December 15, 1957 in Midland, MI to Carolyn and Donald Smith. She was the loving wife of Dennis Edwards whom she married in St. George’s Episcopal Church in Valley Lee, MD and the devoted mother of Matthew Scott of Drayden, MD and Hannah Scott of Midland, MI. She is survived by her brother Mark Smith of Midland, MI and her sister Cathryn Fifield of Pope Valley, CA and 2 grandchildren Marlee Maree Scott of Drayden, MD and Alina Grace Imbaratto of Midland, MI. She was preceded in death by her sister Bonnie Smith. Mrs. Edwards graduated from Dow High School and attended St. Mary’s College. She was a Sr. Consultant for Booz Allen Hamilton for the past 16 years. She enjoyed painting and gardening. The family will receive friends today, Friday, September 3, 2004 in St. George’s Episcopal Church in Valley Lee from 5 – 8 PM with prayers being said at 7:00 PM. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 4, 2004 at 10:00 AM in St. George’s Episcopal Church with Rev. John Ball officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. Pallbearers will be Luther Edwards, Dennis Evans, Joe Nelson, Brian Edwards, Mike Laird and James Berthe. Contributions may be made to Hospice of St. Mary's, P.O.
