Three Men Charged in Gang Rape of Girl, 16
LEXINGTON PARK ---- Maryland State Police and St. Mary's Sheriff's detectives report that on 07/16/05, officers responded to an address in Lexington Park for the report of a missing person. The police report that their investigation revealed a sixteen year old female was allegedly forced into a vehicle by Emiliano Saenz. The vehicle was then driven by Javier Torres. The victim was taken to a nearby apartment complex where she was sexually assaulted by Saenz, and Torres. A third suspect, Pablo Sanchez, drove the victim away from the residence and sexually assaulted her. Patrol officers from the Sheriff's Office located Sanchez and detained him. The investigation was assumed by members of the St. Mary's County Bureau of Criminal Investigations who located the other suspects. All of the suspects were taken to the St. Mary's County Detention Center and charged with second degree rape, and second degree assault. All defendants are currently being held on $10,000.00 bond. The investigation continues by police.
