Trailer Stolen in Broad Daylight
CALIFORNIA --- On July 16th, St. Mary’s Sheriff’s Deputy Patrick Handy responded to Lowes Home Improvement Store, California, for a reported theft. The Loss Prevention Officer from Lowes reported that a black Dexter Axle 6' X 12" utility trailer valued at $2,699.00 was stolen on 07/13/04 between 0500 and 1700 hours.
Man Charged with Beating Woman
LEXINGTON PARK --- On July 16, 2004, St. Mary’s Sheriff’s Deputy Patrick Handy served a criminal summons on Keith Anthony Young of Lexington Park. The criminal information alleges that on or about July 3rd, Keith Young assaulted Sandy Kim Jones.
When Guys Keep the Car
CALIFORNIA --- On July 16, 2004, St. Mary’s Sheriff’s Deputy Eva Snyder responded to the Applebees for a reported theft. Connie Miller advised that suspect Kirk Worthington had asked to borrow her vehicle. Several hours later he still had not returned the vehicle. When he did not return the vehicle in a timely manner the investigation was classified as a stolen motor vehicle.

LEXINGTON PARK --- On 071604 St. Mary’s Sheriff’s Deputy Snyder responded to Toyota of Southern Maryland for a reported theft. It was reported that two tags were stolen from a vehicle at the Toyota dealership. The tags were MHV-077 and the sticker 7679246 were entered into NCIC.
Wanted Back in Jail
LEXINGTON PARK --- On July 16, 2004, St. Mary’s Sheriff’s Deputy Michael A. Labanowski arrested Sandra Lee Figeroux of Lexington Park, on an outstanding warrant for Violation of Probation.
They Are Out in the Potting Shed, Officer
WICOMICO SHORES --- On July 16, 2004, St. Mary’s Sheriff’s Deputy Diane Thompson, DFC Emory Johnson, Deputy Jay Kirkner responded to Wicomico Shores to serve several warrants. Upon approaching the residence and not receiving an answer at the front door they went to the back yard. They discovered one of the residents and another person smoking marijuana in a shed behind the residence. SDFC Thompson arrested and charged Mark Thomas Krenzler of Mechanicsville with possession of CDS Marijuana and possession of CDS Paraphernalia

BUSHWOOD --- On July 16, 2004 St. Mary’s Sheriff’s Deputy Emory Johnson served a criminal summons on Charles Milford Friess of Bushwood. The criminal information alleges he assaulted James K. Raley Sr. on or about 05/30/04.

CALLAWAY --- On July 17th, St. Mary’s Sheriff’s Deputy Emory Johnson served a criminal summons on William D. Quade of Mechanicsville. The criminal information alleges that on or about 06/28/04 William Quade assaulted Amy Michelle Ward of Callaway.
