sales of real estate in St. Marys County show some waterfront homes are exceeding a
million dollars. This information is developed from Maryland Department of Assessments and
Taxation Records.
* On Feb. 14, 2005 MACKLIN, JAMES E & ELLEN U sold a 3972 sq. ft. waterfront home,
built in 1987 with 1.4 acre of land on Dillow Court in California $1,030,000 to Steven
Speer.
* On Feb. 11, 2005, Maxines Inc. sold 120 acres on Dusty Lane in Hollywood to SUNSET RIDGE LLC for $510,000
* On Feb. 10, 2005, James T. TENNYSON sold 58 acres of unimproved land on Indian Bridge Road to Calvert LLC for $1,180,000.
* On Feb. 10, 2005, Rose Allen Fox sold 42.0 acres of unimproved land on Indian Bridge Road to Calvert LLC for $860,000.
* On Feb. 9, 2005, Bruce E. Davidson sold a 3,335 sq. ft. home built on 2.28 acres on Adams Court in Esperanza Farms in 1989 to Jerry and Dorothy Sarrett for $425,000.
* On Feb. 8, 2005, J. Frank Raley Jr. sold to Essex South General Partnership LLP., Lot 9, (14,700 square feet) in St. Richards Manor, Old Hewitt Road, Lexington Park, for $520,000; in addition, 12 other lots in this subdivision were also transferred.
* On Feb. 8, 2005, Scott & Miram Cohen sold a home with 1971 sq. ft. with about a half acre of land on Waterview Drive in Golden Beach to Tom & Helen Le for $567,500.
* On Jan. 31, 2005, William M. & Barbara L. Lacey sold to Glenn E. Gardiner a one story brick waterfront home on Diamond Lane in 3800 sq. ft., on over 11 acres in Riverview Farms subdivision for $1,140,000.
