William E Rourke
U.S. Army Viet Nam Veteran

On January 4, 2005 of Upper Marlboro, Md., ROURKE, WILLIAM E., 56, beloved husband of the Honorable Julia B. Weatherly; devoted brother of Patrick, Emmett, Nora, Brendon and John Rourke and the late Monica Rourke and Dennis Rourke, Sr.; loving uncle of Pam and Brian Weatherly, Eric Arson, Molly and Tim Palmer, Kelly, Avery, Bailey, Lindsay, Dennis, Sean, Nolan and Maeve Rourke. After serving as a Captain in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War, Bill came to Maryland where he completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Maryland and his law degree at George Washington University Law School. His love for his family and friends, sports and music will be missed by all. Friends may call at THE BEALL FUNERAL HOME, 6512 N.W. Crain Hwy. (Rt. 3 South), Bowie, MD on Thursday, January 6 from 6 to 9 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, 9 a.m. at St. Mary of the Assumption Catholic Church, 14908 Main St., Upper Marlboro, MD. Interment Maryland Veterans Cemetery - Crownsville, MD. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Law Foundation of Prince George's County, MD.
