Winifred A Chase
Winifred A. Winnie Chase of Mechanicsville,
Maryland died on January 8, 2005 at St. Marys Hospital in Leonardtown, Maryland. She
was 79 years old.
Born on January 22, 1925 in Minneapolis, Minnesota to the late Grace and Ferdinand
Winther. Mrs. Chase formerly worked at the Government Printing Office in Washington, DC
and for Searss part time. But mostly, Mrs. Chase was a homemaker and mom. She and
her family belonged to the Robin Dale Country Club where she enjoyed playing golf. Mrs.
Chase also enjoyed doing arts and crafts.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her daughter Renee Carol Eppard,
two brothers and a sister.
Her husband of 58 years Lawrence J. Chase, Jr.; sons Paul L. and Glenn A. Chase; eight
grandchildren and seven great grandchildren survive her.
Family to receive friends on Tuesday, January 11, 2005 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8PM with
Services at 7PM at the Brinsfield-Echols Funeral Home, P.A. 30195 Three Notch Road
Charlotte Hall, Maryland. Interment Private.
