Woman Hit 5 Vehicles in Drug Deal Gone Bad;
Drop Kicks Police Car Mirror After Arrest

HERMANVILLE --- Laura Tucker, a former county employee who used to work on the computers in the St. Mary's Sheriff's Dept. had a bad run of luck when she allegedly attempted to buy cocaine early on Monday morning.
With her passenger suffering from a broken foot and allegedly requiring a fix of cocaine to lessen his pain, the two set off to make a buy, say police.  Tucker feared being robbed by her friendly neighborhood drug dealers on Brighton Ave. in Southhampton and fled in haste, striking five vehicles and leaving part of her bumper behind.    She was piloting her vehicle up Rt. 235 in California when she was spotted by Maryland State Trooper Mark McLean who promptly gave chase.  The woman failed to stop for a distance but finally pulled over.  Placed under arrest for DWI, the woman proceeded to drop kick the rear view mirror off the inside of Trooper Matt Davis's police car and faces property destruction charges in addition to the booze cruise citation.   Tucker will be awarded extra charges for her starring role in failing to stop after a property damage collision for the hit and run.  Who says things go better with Coke?
