Woman Slams Door on Gunmen Who
Fired
Two Shots Into Home In Kidnapping Attempt
WALDORF --- On October 2 at 5:41 a.m., a man was inside his residence in the 4700 block of Orleans Circle in Waldorf when he heard noises in the area of his garage. The man exited his residence and observed two suspects in the area of a white pick up truck parked on Orleans Circle. A third suspect then approached the man, brandished a handgun and ordered the man inside the residence to unlock the garage. The man entered the residence and, when the suspect attempted to enter the residence after him, the mans wife closed the door before the suspect could gain entry. The suspects then fired two shots into the victims garage and fled the scene. Detectives believe the suspects were attempting to steal off-road racing motorcycles from the garage before the homeowner discovered the suspects. The first suspect is described as a black male between 5 feet 8 inches and 5 feet 10 inches tall, weighing approximately 170 pounds and wearing camouflage clothing. The other two suspects are described as black males wearing camouflage clothing. They were driving a newer-model white Ford F250. Anyone with information about this incident is asked to contact the Charles County Sheriffs Office at 301-932-2222 or Det. C. Baker at 301-609-6502. Det. Baker is investigating.
